Judge rules against Chino Valley Unified’s Flag Ban and Forced Outing Policies
An administrative law judge has again ruled against CVUSD, rejecting the district's appeal of earlier decisions overturning its flag ban and forced outing policies. The appeal contributed to nearly $4 million in legal fees racked up by this board since 2022.
